UQCCR Grants readership scheme
The UQ CCR Research Grants Sub-committee was established in 2018 with the aim of supporting the UQ CCR Research community. A key activity of the Research Grants Sub-committee has been to engage the supportive community of UQ CCR Researchers to provide a sustainable Readership Scheme which will provide essential feedback on grant applications that are ready for internal review. This scheme was formalised in 2020, and now provides ongoing support for internal applicants. The major focus of this scheme is to provide applicants with timely feedback to enhance the potential for funding success. This initiative is only possible because of the continued support and participation of the UQ CCR research community. A priority of the scheme is to also provide guidance to emerging leaders, and as such, participation from early and mid-career researchers is encouraged.
