Subcortical structures involved in resistance to distraction
Volunteers are needed for research exploring differences in brain structure and the relationship to memory processes.
Participation involves an ultra-high resolution 7T MRI scan of your brain at the UQ Centre for Advanced Imaging, as well as cognitive tests to assess memory.
Compensation
Participants will be compensated $20 per hour at the completion of their participation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this study, potential volunteers must be:
- Aged 18 to 50 years
- Have no history of brain injury (e.g., traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke etc.)
