In this talk, I will discuss the profile of cognitive and behavioural changes in individuals with degenerative cerebellar ataxias, and highlight imaging markers relevant to disease stratification and tracking. I will also discuss current efforts here in Australia to support trial-readiness and research capacity in these rare diseases.
