Speaker: Professor Patrícia Kuerten Rocha

Bio: Patrícia Kuerten Rocha is a Professor in Pediatrics in the Department of Nursing and Coordinator of the Doctoral Program of the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). She leads the Laboratory of Research, Technology and Innovation in Child and Adolescent Health - GEPESCA/UFSC. Prof Rocha has a Graduation in Nursing from UFSC, Specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care at the Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP, Master and PhD in Nursing (UFSC), with a sandwich period at the University of Alberta, Canada, and a Post-doctorate at UNIFESP, with an internship at the AVATAR Research Group, at the University of Queensland and Griffith University, Australia.
