Our clinical trials will evaluate the efficacy of prioritised repurposed drugs as promising disease-modifying treatments for Parkinson’s disease. These drugs have been shortlisted by the Cure Parkinson’s Trust Linked Clinical Trials (LCT) program and have been rigorously evaluated for their potential to slow or halt the progression of the disease.

Phase II clinical trials will be conducted at major Queensland hospitals and clinical research centres. We will be recruiting at multiple clinical trial sites from across Queensland including:

  • Royal Brisbane Hospital and UQ Centre for Clinical Research (UQCCR)
  • Wesley Hospital and Wesley Medical Research
  • Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith Health Centre
  • Sunshine Coast University Hospital
  • Townsville Hospital
